At Glenbrook, all year groups study Christianity to reflect the Christian foundations of the United Kingdom.  In addition, across the years, pupils will study Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Sikhism and Humanist philosophy and compare these beliefs to Christianity.  We believe our pupils are enriched by learning about the shared heritage of the United Kingdom and about a range of religions.  We believe it helps our pupils to better understand and value difference.  However, it is a matter of parental choice if they wish to withdraw their child from some or all parts of Religious Education.  Parents must contact the school Principal in writing if they wish to do so.
